Tunnel seeks acquisitions of stable family/founder owned businesses. We also seek to invest in seed and early stage equity financing rounds with exceptional founders & entrepreneurs. We take an opportunistic approach and let the data drive decisions. We can invest up to $1MM in seed stage equity, and for buyouts our target criteria is $1-2MM revenue companies with ebitda margins greater than 20%.
